Lies about delivery times!
I ordered a Mog Station Item (FFXIV), and the website clearly states that they will deliver within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. So I contact them via live chat to make sure they had stock, which they did. I ordered and contacted them 30 minutes later as I have not received my item code via e-mail. I was told on live chat that all orders usually take 2-5 hours, I told them how can they do that when the website states 30 minutes or less, and the only response was he has passed the information on to his team or whatever. I have ordered in the past and it took 6 hours because they did not have stock of an item, hence me now going on live chat to ask if they have the item in stock. So 2 and a half hours have passed and I go back on the live chat and I am told it will take a further 1-3 hours, I try to explain that I need to know exactly WHEN because once the item code is sent you have to use the code within 3 hours or the code may be voided. I will not be at home in a few hours and I am afraid that I will not be back within the 3 hours window and lose the item.
