I ordered 4 items and paid
I ordered 4 items and paid. Leafy souls contacted me right away and said one item was out of stock so they would refund me for that one item. This was 38 days ago and I still haven’t gotten the refund. I called my bank three times and they confirmed I still haven’t gotten the refund. I wrote over 12 emails and only got one response where they said they refunded me. But it’s not true since I checked with my bank three times. I did not get the refund. My last 11 emails.... no response. STAY AWAY from this company, do not order from them. I didn’t even return the item. It straight up wasn’t in stock (bad organization on them to begin with to sell something they didn’t have), and now I am begging them for a refund of a product I never even got. This is straight up stealing. My bank told me to do a chargeback and if this review doesn’t get then to check on my order. I will do a charge back! Order 10029422
