Just signed up and received my first box which was just a pile of spinach and lettuce. I did not get the meals I had selected. Same day received an email about my box arriving next week. I did not want a box next week! When I signed up, I went through and skipped to every other week. It was quite a process as I had to fill out a form explaining why every time, so I know I did it. When I reached out to customer service, the only way is through chat, they said I did not skip! Tried to show me screen shots. The chat was not helpful and the company is obviously making it difficult to skip, communicate and order what you want so I have cancelled. Hopefully! Beware, this company is not customer friendly and is going to send you food you did not order.
