Df64coffee

Wrong Item Sent, No Support, and the Only Way to Get a Response is a Bad Review

I hate writing reviews like this, but here we are. I initially emailed DF64Coffee on 4th May asking if they had the silver DF54 in stock for the EU. No reply. I emailed again on 6th May. Still nothing. On 7th May I left a 1-star Trustpilot review about the poor communication, which apparently was the only thing that actually worked, because they responded that same day. They also asked me to update my review because "a low rating based on a 16-hour response time significantly impacts our reputation." Noted. I placed my order on 8th May. Tracking number arrived 12th May. It never worked. Not once. On 22nd May I emailed to ask if there was an issue. No response. On 26th May the parcel turned up out of nowhere which, great, except they'd sent me a black grinder. I ordered silver. I emailed immediately with photos. They claim a 3-working-day response time. They still haven't replied to my tracking query, which I raised on 22nd May - well past their own SLA. I genuinely cannot recommend DF64Coffee. The only way to get a response is to leave a negative review, and even then they're more interested in protecting their Trustpilot rating than actually fixing the problem. If their comms are this bad when they're trying to take your money, I'd think very carefully before relying on them for any kind of warranty support. I'm now sitting with a grinder in the wrong colour and no idea what happens next. Absolute shambles.
