I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of communication regarding my order. Despite sending several emails, making numerous phone calls, and even sending WhatsApp messages, I have not received a single response or acknowledgment. All I have been asking for is confirmation that you have received my order and an update on its status. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A simple reply would have reassured me that my order is being processed, but instead I have been left with no information whatsoever. If I do not receive a response and a satisfactory update immediately, I will have no option but to contact my bank to dispute the payment and request a refund. I will also be sharing my experience with family, friends, and others to make them aware of the poor customer service I have received. I look forward to your urgent response.
