I will not recommend this company or their software. If you need to transfer data, all you need is SmartSwitch and the necessary cable. And all your data will be transferred, easily! I downloaded their product and it did not work on either my laptop or computer. Their software froze my keyboard, rendering it useless, and the data transfer from my laptop did not transfer. I had it "transfer" overnight, and nothing happened, no transfer, no data, still stuck on the same loading bar as when I started. After third attempt, still nothing. I requested a refund, and they refused it. But I contacted PayPal, and of course the refund was processed! I received replies from their AI bot, and one email from an individual to which you cannot reply to! This review is written from my personal gmail account and not my email account linked to the purchased software. The final answer I received from Wondershare was a refusal for a refund and that was their final decision.
