Waste of Money..Spa
Paid £145 for a spa day…after 3 hours had to leave 1 Hotel was freezing cold, treatment room only lukewarm. Booked afternoon tea which was ok however on arrival in the restaurant we was shown to a table by a door which was moving due to the draft making an already cold room even more uncomfortable. After realising the draft was right on my legs I asked if we could be moved…I was shocked by the response “sorry not possible as all the other tables are set up for dinner” we were the only people in the restaurant at 1.00 no one came in for lunch and was still empty when we left!” Shocking service 2 The treatment was disappointing and not worth the money..relaxation room too chilly to relax 3 The changing room was freezing cold… 4 When in the restaurant you could hear staff through a closed door using bad language All in all and very disappointing day and couldn’t wait to get back in the car to get warm
