I am disappointed with a company that I purchased a machine from called Amy Beauty Equipment. They sent me a machine that does not work and wanted me to open it and fix it.. I lodged a dispute with Alibaba after 4 weeks of trying to arrange for a refund and shipment back to the business and it has been 5 weeks corresponding with Alibaba and still no resolution and no contact to inform me on progress, i get told that they are looking into the matter so its been over 2 months and still no refund or resolution. I will post an update to inform other buyers on the outcome of this matter.
