I ordered a costume on May 5th
I ordered a costume on May 5th. I have heard nothing from this company (Miccostumes), I attempted online chat and was told to be patient and that I would get a email when the costume was available. The website did not mention unavailability. I have emailed them several times, sent them DM on facebook and was told to be patient again today. The costume was ordered early for a convention. If they cannot deliver then they should be honest and deliver a full refund or ship the costume by rush to their customers. I told the person who messaged me I would give them 24 hours to remedy this problem and if they cannot hold up to fair business practices I want a full refund! Do not suggest ordering! They take your money and deliver nothing.
