In spite of extensive TV advertising which suggests they are competitive, I believe many Sainsbury products are overpriced or very poor value for money. . I bought “Miso Salmon”@ £4.75 which was a tray of grains with some greens and one piece of salmon - the size of a small walnut. It was a small serving for one.Sainsbury replied with some convoluted waffle about advising the appropriate department. Obviously I avoid Sainsbury now.
