My batteries arrived as ordered. It's Good but they missing customer updates.
I have ordered 30 x 9.6 volts batteries. It took a while to arrive but it did. The product is good and perfect for my need. The only thing that lacking is they never communicate about the status of your order. It's just a matter of trust and prayer that it will be delivered. That's my experience.
