I want my money back from Alibaba !!!
I ordered and paid for solar products on Alibaba. The seller could not deliver and I want my money back $1200,- Impossible to contact Alibaba. Their online help does not work and I am confronted with messages in Chinese, or a blank screen, or timeout. Alibaba has my cash in a so called „secure trade transaction“ How can I contact Alibaba - I want my money back.
