5-Stars for your Customer Service Department. Received email upon payment with address confirmation. Information on Customer Order Form was very detail. Updates in term of emails notification were given before, during preparation and after goods were sent out from factory. 5-Stars for the very careful and secure packing. 4-Stars for goods received which was not up to my expectation upon usage.
