Belovejewel is very supportive of their customers
Belovejewel was great to keep me informed of where my order was. I received the bracelet I ordered for my daughters birthday, it is beautiful. I thought there was an illustration to go with this as it appeared on the advert. I contacted Belovejewel there response was very quick and couldn't apologise enough. I received a percentage of my payment back for the misleading advert. Thank you Belovejewel
