I wrote a horrible review in 2019 but I would like to retract that. The company contacted me to say they had not received payment for a wedding dress. It had been held and needed clearance. I contacted my credit company and they said payment had been made. When I contacted Jjshouse they said sometimes international payments get held up and need clearance, I.e. photographic ID. Well I panicked. I thought it was scam. I wrote a strongly worded review here and on Twitter. Turns out they were correct. I decided to get a refund instead of send on ID.. I am funny about that kind of thing. I got the refund no bother. I am sorry for jumping to conclusions.
