Great products and great, responsive customer service. The only reason I gave 4 stars because I was a little disappointed that no one told me one of the items was discontinued, yet I was charged. I had to call customer service AFTER I received the box and the item was missing in order to have the refund processed. I feel that should have been done before anything was even shipped - as my shipping email stated all items were to be included. Very odd.
