STAY AWAY!!!!!!
I’m March I purchased 2 replacement parts for my son’s scooter (broken by him). We received one part and I emailed telling them this and they insisted I must have gotten the two parts. After a bit of back and forth they admitted they didn’t have the other part in stock and would be back to me when it came in. After a few weeks I emailed saying I wanted my money back (almost €200) and I have not heard from them since, every email has been ignored And it is now June and scooter has been unusable since March.
