Recommend VeryApt and Hadieh!
My concierge, Hadieh, was great! She is knowledgeable about the Evanston area, and doesn't hesitate in offering candid advice. I appreciated her honesty, as well as willingness to answer all my questions patiently. She helped me secure an apartment that gave me the most bang for my buck and met all my needs. Bonus: she met with me in person when I was in the area and helped expedite the process of signing my lease by directly connecting us to the property manager. Thanks for your help, Hadieh!
