I have been contacting Duntery for weeks for a refund.
I have been contacting Duntery every week since the 3rd Feb to request a refund, without any response. I am now out of pocket as my bridesmaid needed to find a dress using another site. I appreciate some people can lose out on over 100 pounds without much concern, but it is such a hit for us financially. Such a shame as the website was recommended to us by another customer. Cannot recommend this company due to return issues.
