First time ordering from Dyers and when it arrived, the box and the item inside was damaged. I called them the following day to tell them and within an hour, she had placed and shipped another one to me no charge. Very impressed with their excellent customer service. That is very hard to find these days and I very much appreciate it and it'll make me a repeat customer.
