Disappointed and this is my last time purchase Pazzion shoe
I'm a regular customer for pazzion and this is not my first time online purchase. I bought the same size and about the same style of shoe this time but i couldnt fit in. It is too big for me even though it is the smaller size(34). I've writen email to customer service and even called the customer service hotline to ask if i can change another type of shoe by topping up? They only ask me to wait for email reply but didnt answer my question. What is the point of having customer service hotline then? No email rely received after 3 days.
