What a disaster, the $100 PSN code has already been redeemed. I just reported it now, you better resolve this matter. This is the fifth time I encountered a problem with your products. [UPDATE 10/13/2020] - from 1 star to 4 stars. They responded and resolved the issue after 4 days, counting the weekend. I am super glad they acknowledged it. $100 bucks is a large amount. Thank god.
Update: August 12, 2020 - from 1 star to 4 stars review. They refunded all faulty codes from two different orders totaling $40, thank God finally. Similar to SEAGM, I don't know how this would have turned out if I hadn't been persistent and sought independent result from Roblox Customer Support. But this is enough to restore my trust. I learned my lesson to not order in bulk. But please, reduce the turnaround time of resolution, anyone would assume it's a lost case. Thank you, OffGamers. Edit: Aug 10 2020, to their reply, see how they scam you? first they promise maximum of 4 days resolution, and then when they identity the items are indeed faulty codes, they won't take responsibility and prolong the case. it's been almost a month now, I am good as scammed. Wow seriously, these guys are no different than OffGamers, they do not refund even with evidence from the Game Support that they sold a used code. How dare you say it was VALID when the game support evidently shared that the code was redeemed THREE DAYS before my purchase. Edit: They refunded the amount, I appreciate it, thank you. But I am not sure if they would if I hadn't been persistent and independently consulted the Game Support to counter their findings that presumably it was "valid" (since initially, I had a bad experience with a previous case and unable to verify with the game).
