The BEST.
Mischa was not only responsive RIGHT AWAY when I made a mistake not once, but twice! I asked for a refund (within the 7 days) and got it with no questions asked. Not only that, but I asked him for a suggestion on getting help to build my flipbook and he immediately replied with a referral. So above and beyond, that I decided to resubscribe and continue working with them!
