Just bought glasses from them
Just bought glasses from them. Tried to contact them urgently to amend the order. No phone number. Tried to get through on FB messaging them. Got a basic response and tried to explain. They didn't answer then seems they forgot. They say they can be contacted on email, a very poor scam device that allows them to ignore you. We buy from these guys an expensive lottery I think. You may get your order but dont think you will get through to them if it goes bad. Im thinking Xreal, Google, even Meta has to be better. Rayneos product could even be gold but if its not in your hands its not even worth pebbles to you. I made a mistake hut it should have been easy and fast to rectify. Back when humans answered phones it would have been. New or modern doesnt necessarily mean progression.
