Grab stay away!!
Stay away from Grab!! Arriving at Suvarnabhumi 11th may, Grab seemed like a good solusion for me, come at estimated time, picked me up at prepaid price. App was easy to use at start, but when I see bills and the adding of fees, I was more sceptic. Drivers came late in BKK, more expensive than with taxi meter. I wanted to cancel, but couldn't find a way to do it. My wife and I take from Don mueang to Livotel Lad Phrao 130,app said 570baht,driver 3633 said 881baht at arrival, scam, scam, scam!!! Always prepay if you want cab. Customer service very hard to get, and very confusing. Stay away!! Use taxineter and ask for fixed price!!
