Awful company.
Awful company. Paid for what i thought was 3 months of training on special offer, couldn’t even get past 5 minutes in the videos as they were AI generated, it was ridiculous. 3 months later £79.99 was removed from my account with no warning. I contacted doggy plan to get a refund as i had no idea i was in a subscription with them, and i asked for the subscription to be cancelled, never heard anything back and 3 months later here we are again with £79.99 trying to be removed from my account. I’ve had to email again to get it cancelled however from my experience, it seems they ignore your requests and continue to steal money from your account. Absolutely disgusting. Let’s hope it gets cancelled and they refund me, not that i have much hope of that. Avoid at all costs
