Not a "reborn" doll, just another $30 quality, factory style toy, not worth the price!
1 purchase of $170 made, but they took 3 unauthorised payments of $170 each ($510) out of my account. Contacted 4 times on the 2 diffetent emails they have and via the website "help" button, sent screen shots and all. No reply! In the meantime, I recived "a" doll, definitely not the one i thought it would get, a totally different doll. Quality is similar to any doll you'd find at kmart/target/bigw (just $130 more in price!), definitely not silicon, not real hair, doesn't look hand painted either, and no resemblance whatsoever to the doll on their site. The doll i got was a newborn size, and seems to be weighted, and it is cute, even though it's not close to "realistic", and given that it's for my daughters birthday, who is looking forward to a "baby", i thought I'd still keep it, though under other circumstances, I'd 100% return. They also eventually contacted me regarding all the money that came out and happily refunded. So all in all, the website is real, but it's not from the US as they'd have us believe, rather an Asian country. You will get a doll, but it's not a "reborn doll". If it was priced around the $50, I'd give them a 4 star. But in my opinion, what I got wasn't worth what they charge (and I got it at a discount!)
