I have ALWAYS gotten great service from the sales team, especially Cindy at the Flint location! I have used Skaff Furniture almost exclusively since the 70s and my parents before me ALWAYS did so at the downtown Flint location when Woodrow was heading the business. (Only issue was ONCE with the delivery/repair supervisor who had an issue with Ageism). But, The current owner, Rick I believe is his name, took care of the problem! The delivery men are awesome and friendly and very careful with furniture! Skaff’s is always my “go to” company!
