Waiting ages
Been waiting for ages for a ring and although they answered my email saying it’s a bespoke product that takes time they should inform you this when ordering as I needed it for a very special present but it’s to late now. They should inform let you know how long it’s going to take and give you the choice to cancel if you need it for a certain date . Really upset that I had to go purchase something else to make up for not getting this earlier.
