Fast and discreet
Placed my order and received it the next day in discreet packaging. Overall, great fuss-free experience that was much appreciated.

Accessible, flexible, convenient
I appreciate how accessible and flexible the therapy sessions are. I was able to browse the profiles of various counsellors and therapists, see if they aligned with my goals, and review the introduction videos of each provider. Booking a session was fast and fuss-free; the website lets me quickly book and attend a session, as well as check out the homework assigned by my therapist. I really like the option to attend sessions in person (though at higher cost) or online via the TYHO website itself.
