Ok so I did not have the best first impression
Ok so I did not have the best first impression about jollychic when I purchased an item off the website only to receive a phone call 3 weeks later informing me the goods were accidentally shipped to Saudi instead of Qatar where I live. I had to follow up myself to recollect my payment but it did get credited back to my account after nearly a month and half. My second order off the website arrived within 2 weeks without a hitch. In fact I got two pairs of sports pants and they fit perfectly. Glad the website suggested a size larger than I had picked which ensured I got the correct waist size. Overall bad start but definitely worth it. Now they have started shipping some items next day directly from Doha and that has made it much easier to collect my orders.
