Shopping at Precor Home Fitness was an absolute pleasure. Tyler is the gentleman that sold me the machine. There were no high pressure sales tactics that were used, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful with the treadmills. He answered my questions thoroughly, and was nearby whenever I needed assistance. Tyler was genuine in his desire to help me find the machine that best suited my needs. I will definitely shop at this store again for any future fitness purchases. I also interacted with both Daniel and the manager of the store on the phone. Both were very friendly, helpful, and informative. It is so nice that there are still stores to shop at that you feel you can trust, and that they're not just trying to make a sell, and a sell that doesn't necessarily meet your needs.
