Misleading product photos and disappointing customer service
If you're reading this review, please do yourself a favour and don't buy from this website. I hope sharing my experience saves you the stress, frustration, and disappointment that I experienced. I purchased a dining table from this website because I liked the product shown in the advertisement. The first problem was that the table took around three months to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was shocked. The difference between the product advertised and the item I received was enormous. The shape, quality, colour, finish, and overall appearance were not what I expected from the website photos. The item looked much cheaper in person and did not match the advertisement. I contacted customer service and explained that the issue was not damage or a defect. The issue was that the product did not match the advertised images. I provided photos of the table I received, along with screenshots from their website for comparison. They replied that the supplier said the product matched the advertisement, and later gave a generic (copy/paste) explanation about lighting, camera angles, and screen settings. In my opinion, the difference is far beyond normal lighting variation. No return, partial refund, or meaningful solution was offered. After waiting around three months, I received a product that did not match the advertisement, and my concerns were dismissed. Based on this experience, I will not be buying from this website again.
