Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased an esim for a 5 day trip to New York and no matter what I did I couldn't get it working. To be fair to the customer services they respond quickly when you reach out to them but then are unable to rectify the issue with any solution. They sent me a new card, I kept getting the same error, I kept screenshotting them pics they'd give me more poor advice to rectify, none of which worked. I've spent 2 days of 5 day trip trying to sort this to no avail, asked for a refund they refused and sent me another non working code. I don't understand the good reviews here on trust pilot as this seems like an absolute scam company to me. My advice would be try get an add on with your resident phone provider, at least you won't end up having to chase and waste time trying to get an ineffective product working while you should be enjoying your holiday. For reference I have a pixel 7a which is more than equipped to take esims however none "provided" by this company worked. Honestly avoid.
