Avoid purchasing from the US official store
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from the Hasselblad US Store. Unexplained delays and lack of communication, no replies to email messages, and no proactive updates or clarity about the delay. What’s even worse is the customer service: the online support has been rude, unhelpful, and seemingly uninterested in resolving anything. For a company that markets itself as the pinnacle of photographic excellence, this level of service is simply unacceptable. It erodes confidence, diminishes the excitement of owning their products, and ultimately makes the brand seem unworthy of the prestige it works so hard to project. Until Hasselblad improves its customer care and order fulfillment, it’s hard to recommend purchasing directly from them.
