The worst customer service I have ever had in my life
I purchased a Magic V2 smartphone on Honor's website, being told it would be delivered the next day. (order number 85020057100) A week later, I hadn't received the product, and when I contacted Honor, I received no response whatsoever, not by phone (they don't answer, and when they do, they don't say anything about the problem), unanswered emails, and other contacts, such as chat, don't work. I'm 53 years old, have been shopping online for over 25 years, and I've never experienced such poor customer service—in fact, completely non-existent. Fortunately, my issue was resolved by PayPal, which refunded the payment in full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HONOR'S WEBSITE. If you want Honor products, buy from marketplaces like Amazon or eBay.
