Bad Service
Ordered the items on 30 June 2019 and, until the time of this writing, I haven't received them yet. I'm in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and the shipping fee they've collected from me is even more expensive than that of the price of the items. Though they provide you with a tracking number, there is no way you could track the shipment outside of the app for the provided courier doesn't seem to exist. The goods have been cleared from Riyadh since 07 July 2019 but the tracking just stopped from there. No more update. I tried to utilize their automated chat services but it is of no help. This is my first order from Jollychic and I swear to never ever order from them again!
