Wrong size delivered for online order (Box states Size 36 but the Gold Sneakers inside are Size 34)!
Hi! I have been a regular customer and member of Pazzion. My favourite outlet is the Pazzion located at Bugis Junction. This is my first time making online purchases from Pazzion and it has not been an awfully good experience. I have just received the delivery for my online order of 3 pairs of Pazzion shoes. Article Reference Numbers : (1) 6550-203 Almond Size 36, (2) 8198-115 Light Gold Size 36, and (3) 8988-126 Gold Size 36. The above first 2 pairs have been received in the correct sizes. HOWEVER, the last pair of Gold Sneakers 8988-126 comes in Size 34 instead of Size 36! Although the box states Size 36, the pair of Gold Sneakers inside the box are both Size 34! Please refer to the attached pictures. This has never happened before in my previous shopping experiences at Pazzion! I have tried calling the Pazzion Kaki Bukit office but no one picked up the call and I have left a voicemail in the customer service staff’s voicemail. I decided to try my luck and write one more email, despite the fact that 2 of my previous emails were not being replied at all! I did make a remark to request for morning delivery (preferably before 11.30am) as I am at work and won’t be around to receive the delivery package at other timing. But no call and reply to my chat and emails has been made prior to delivery. Luckily I am on medical leave and was able to receive the delivery package that arrived around 8+pm on 10-7-2019 (Wednesday) Kindly advise on what can be done in order for your kind office to do the necessary exchange and deliver my pair of Gold Sneakers in the correct Size 36 ASAP. Appreciate your kind assistance. Looking forward to your prompt and favourable reply. Kindly refer to your Pazzion email dated 10-7-2019 (Wednesday) at about 9+pm. Thank you. With warmest regards, Vinnies Ng
