Terrible!
Terrible! Same as the other reviews. Received my bag which was faulty. Sent emails to customer services with no response. Send messages on facebook with responses of 'we are investigating the manufacturing of the bag' but no follow up. I have been hassling them for months with no response. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use!
