Frustratingly poor service
Frustratingly poor service, attitude and customer relations. Ordered a product. Something else sent instead. They refuse to send a label for me to return product and send the one I paid for. They insist my order was a glitch in their system and what they sent was the correct article. They have argued for days, writing tracking numbers and their version of my order in the body of an email. I’ve sent them a screen shot of my order. They insist that it was a mistake! They keep telling me that customer satisfaction is important to them and asking how they can help me further! Beyond belief! ‘Namaste’?!
