Beware, you have to cancel EVERY YEAR!!!
Apparently you have to cancel your subscription EVERY YEAR!!!! Last year in march 2021 I has having problems trying to cancel my yearly subscription and it seemed that VOOKS had a problem with the website that could not accept cancelations so I had to contact customer's service in order to cancel it! I did and I was successfully, after many emails. And now, one year passed 2022 and for my surprise I was charged my yearly VOOKS subscription on my credit card!!!! A subscription I CANCELED ONE YEAR AGO!!!!! How is that legal? Do you have to cancel it every year now????? Be aware before subscribing to it!!!!!
