No acceptable returns system for European Customers
Yes I have exactly the same problem. I ordered an expensive dress that arrived stuffed in a cheap plastic bag in a tiny creased ball - completely unwearable. European customers have to pay themselves to ship it back to USA at vast cost to themselves. Do not use this company.
