am honestly disgusted with my experience with this company. The dress I received was an absolute disappointment. The quality was terrible — cheap-looking material, poor workmanship, badly made, and nothing like what was advertised. The fit was completely wrong and the item looked nothing like the standard presented online. It felt incredibly misleading and nowhere near worth the money paid. I followed the return process and sent the dress back. I have provided proof that the parcel was returned and confirmation that it has been released from customs, yet the company has now completely stopped responding to me. They were happy to take my money, but once there was a problem and I returned the item, the communication disappeared. No proper response, no refund, no explanation — just silence. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for their own money back after returning a poor-quality product. The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would never order from this company again and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing. Poor quality product, terrible communication, and still no refund.
