Product was shipped and received as expected with all of the representative parts included. There was no instructions manual as was indicated on the YouTube video demonstrating the swing. All in all, a decent product. I replaced the spring with one that would hold more weight; changed out a quick link and ignored the eye bolt included in the swing. I am modifying the swing to provide us maximum utilization.
