I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and one was sent in the wrong size to me. I requested for an exchange and Pazzion asked if I would like to exchange at the outlet which I declined. I requested for the courier to pick up the shoe from me and at the same time, he can deliver the right size to me. However, the courier came and collected the shoe on Saturday but did not delivered the shoe to me. Pazzion told me on Monday that the shoe will be delivered after they have confirm the shoe has been picked up. So, in the end I only receive my shoe on Wednesday. I felt that PAZZION should have arrange the courier to collect and deliver the shoe at the same time so I do not need to wait for so long to get my shoe. Definitely not a pleasant online experience.
