We didn’t recognize the charge name on our statement and reported a fraud purchase which stopped the payment to Jacket Hub. We received an email from them saying they were refunding our payment after we received the order delivery and realized we had made the mistake. We contacted them to pay them for our received item. They were very nice to deal with.
