They have GREAT support

Customer Service: 5 stars Plugin Features: 4 stars Overall rating: 4 1/2 stars (their rating system doesn't award half stars, so I thought to add in the comment...) They have GREAT support, so much so I wish my other plugins had the same customer service as they do. Their response time is usually within 24 hours, and seeing as I'm in a completely different time zone than them, I'm amazed by their quick response time. Their always polite and eager to solve any issue I have. The only reason why I give them an overall 4 star rating is due to some of the features that this plugin lacks. So, I'm gonna break it down between pros and cons. Pros: First off, WPUF is amazing, and for the price (I have Pro for $49/y) it has a lot of features that make posting from the frontend a lot easier. It's affordably priced and you get a lot more than you pay for just by their support system alone. The fact that their plugin also supports custom post types and custom taxonomies is a major plus. I've ran into a fair share of plugins that do something similar as them, but fail to support CPTs, which is crucial today as it is the new "Post". I run a pretty large writing community, requiring me to have a frontend posting system, and so far, this one has been the best in my price range. It's (mostly) smooth running, and takes quite a bit of stress off my shoulders. Their conditional logics is also a blessing. I can set up some form fields only to appear in response to specific selections and/or category types! So, if I want to run a multi-purpose form, that helps tremendously so I'm not overwhelming my members with unnecessary fields. WPUF also has a dashboard shortcode that allows your users to see which posts they've made, whether they're published or not, and it also gives them the ability to edit and delete their stuff all from the frontend. This dashboard also shows other information regarding their account, like subscription packages and whatnot, but I don't have much to say in that regard because I don't really use that portion. You can also enable or disable Guest Posting; this doesn't require someone to be logged in to use your form, so if you're a trusting person who believes they won't get spam, then that might be something that'll interest you. It also supports Google Recaptcha, so that should help take care of that problem. WPUF also works VERY well with ACF! So, if you use custom fields and CPT UI plugin, than WPUF is a great companion to have! A big pro is it's also compatible with Elementor, as you use shortcodes to implement the form into a page. So, if you're a heavy Elementor user, than this is a good plugin for you. Cons: However, with that being said, it isn't without its flaws. For instance, the Editing form capabilities only supports one form, and not more than one - which is pretty disappointing. This means, although you may have multiple forms going at a time, you can only use the editing form they have with ONE of those posting forms. It's an unfortunate limitation that I hope they'll fix in the near future because at this time, only my staff can edit stuff, and not my members. I need the editing forms to be able to edit as many forms as possible. Another thing is their dashboard system. It isn't mobile responsive, and I find myself forced to add ANOTHER plugin to my site just to fix that issue, even though my site is mobile responsive, their plugin isn't conforming... Also, their dashboard system isn't really pretty and not much to write home about. It's nice that my members can view their published and saved drafts, but I really wish the dashboard was a lot more customizeable than it is, which it isn't all that customizeable to begin with. You're pretty much stuck with how it looks no matter what, barring a few things you can change via the shortcode, but they're not major changes. And if you wanted to have your categories showing, they're automatically clickable links, and for people who want to disable that, you're pretty much out of luck. And finally, I'm not very big on the fact that I'm forced to have their WPUF free plugin activated and installed just to run the WPUF Pro license. So, the two downloads takes up space that you may need. For all the flaws it does have, I still find this worth the buy. My only piece of advice is to test out the free version to see how you like it. You can get by pretty well with it, but if you want the premium upgrades like Conditional Logic, Custom Fields, and CPT support, then you'll need to buy their pro. Still, a great plugin I'm happy to have!
