Surprised to see negative reviews here. I have self managed websites for many years via shared hosting and cpanel. This has been my first experience with "enterprise hosting" and its has been seemless. Setting up VPS is a breeze on any PAAS of choice. I am on Vultr and its lightening fast. Just had an issue with one of my wordpress installs and the support query was resolved under 3 mins. Really good service.
