Enjoyable experience
First time using Fashionphile and it was a very seamless and enjoyable experience. Item arrived promptly with no issues, very well packaged and was very happy with the condition of the bag. I do however agree with the customer services support, as had a question on one of the items, which was not answered, but managed to resolve. Will be using again though.
