This Company is shoddy with Customer Care …
This Company have a virtually non existent customer care service. They take forever to respond and use stupid excuses to justify their non rectification of problems. They won’t arrange for my robot mower to be repaired, exchanged or refunded. They just hope I will go away. Please avoid them and use a reputable Company only.
